Ingredients
100% whey protein isolate (milk) (emulsified with sunflower lecithin), fat-reduced cocoa powder, aroma, sweetener (sucralose).
Directions
Mix 1 measuring spoon (approx. 25 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1-3 servings daily, depending on your protein needs. ISO-XP is quickly absorbed, so it is optimal to use it when you need protein quickly. This includes taking immediately after waking up, before breakfast and immediately after training. After training, many athletes take a double serving (50 g), as the body can process a larger amount of protein in its exhausted state. Measuring spoons are only estimates, a scale is recommended.
